Warranty and authenticity

We conclude a thorough inspection on the authencity of the watches ourselves or by using our watchman partners.

We issue a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover bracelets, water defects or faults caused by owner actions.

For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

Trade-in watch

For us watch fanatics, it is also normal to want to trade-in current
watch. If you want to offer your current watch as a trade-in, please
just let us know the specs and pictures of the watch with Email or
Whatsapp and we are happy to make you an offer against our watch. Check our details in our contact page.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Our team will contact you and once shipping terms are decided we will ship the goods. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.


For global deliveries, we use Fedex or DHL as our logistics partner. Both are fast and reliable partners in deliveries. Inside EU the delivery time is generally 1-2 days, USA and Asia less than 1 week.

You can also suggest alternative shipping method, in this case the shipping costs needs to be reviewed.

We expect our global customers to understand possible local customs fees
that apply. All our watches are preowned, so we operate margin scheme.

Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
